I feel the quiet pull of a change,
The echo of what’s left behind,
But nothing here will stay the same.

I’ve walked through endings many times,
Each one a breath, a gentle sigh,
And though I leave old dreams aside,
New ones are waiting, growing high.

I carry pieces of the past,
In every step I take ahead,
For every ending, when it’s passed,
Becomes the place where hope is fed.
